The Buddhist Studies and Dr. Ambedkar's Thoughts

The Department of Buddhist Studies and D-Ambedkar Thoughts has very recently been established in the year 2006 to promote and develop interest in the field of Buddhist Thought and Culture, and to study its evolution from ancient times till today. The Department aims to be multi-disciplinary and multi-aspectual, apart from having sociological, economic, political, and literary focus. This Department coordinates and carries out the work for the furtherance of two UGC sponsored centers Studies in Classical Indian Buddhist Philosophy and Culture; and Dr. Ambedkar's Thoughts.
