Collaboration
The centre has collaboration of all schools and departments of Pune
university for exchange of technology, knowledge and expertise.
University departments include arts and languages, social sciences,
commerce and management, law, natural sciences and advance computational
and bio sciences.
All faculty members from different schools and departments contributes
in teaching and research activities of the centre as per requirement.
We are starting a faculty of disability studies which will further helps to set up an inter disciplinary disability research group in our university campus.
We are also collaborating our centre with other universities and research centres all over globe which are well known in the field of disability research.
Our plan is to create a network of disability studies and assistive technology research in India by collaborating our centre with research centres like National Institute of Visually Handicapped, Rehabilitation Council of India, non government organizations like National Association for Blinds, ability foundation as well as private industries working in the assistive technology research for mutual cooperation and exchange of technology, knowledge and expertise.
